2012 Scrapbook

I managed to finish my 2012 scrapbook just in the nick of time! I'm really disappointed that my printing company (Inkubook) is going out of business in a few days. They did such a great job on my books for the last 5 years and were certainly the most cost-friendly option. So...now I'm looking for a great replacement for the next year. If you have a printing company you love (I like my books large square size) please let me know!

I finally finished our scrapbook for 2011! I got really lazy towards the end, like always...but it's DONE. Now I can begin working on 2012, before it's over...

My goal since I started digital scrapbooking a few years ago was to have the current year finished and ordered on New Year's eve. I have met this goal so far each year (even if only by a few minutes). I don't think I'm going to make it this year...I just finished the first half of the year- January through June. I have 6 months to go in less than a month! Take a peek at this year so far...

Scrapbooking Marathon

I have been really frustrated at how far behind I am on scrapbooking, I really like to scrap things as they happen and are fresh in my mind. So Thursday I did a few pages. I was in May of 2008. Anthony took Ethan with him on a campout last night and Joshua went to bed at 7:30pm so I stayed up all night scrapbooking. I scrapbooked most the day today as well and I am finally FINISHED with my 2008 book! This is my first year going digital so I'm going to have all the pages printed in a bound book. I am a simple scrapbooker so I don't have a lot of detail and really don't spend a lot of time on each page, I'd rather just get it done. I feel like a burden has been lifted and now that I'm caught up I can actually enjoy scrapbooking again. It's amazing what you can do when you're not chasing after a toddler!
